• Eligibility: Contestants must meet the specified age (16-50years) and residency requirements to participate in the pageant.
• Entry Fee: A non-refundable entry fee of 5000 thousand naira is required to submit the form.
• Judging Criteria: Contestants will be evaluated based on predetermined criteria, which may include talent, poise, beauty, and interview skills. The judging panel's decisions are final.
• Code of Conduct: Contestants and their families are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior and sportsmanship throughout miss magnificent international pageant. Any misconduct may lead to disqualification.
• Costumes and Wardrobe: Contestants are responsible for providing their own costumes and wardrobe for the pageant, adhering to any specified dress code or theme.
• Prizes and Awards: Details of prizes, awards, and scholarships, if applicable, will be communicated separately. Prizes may be subject to taxes.
• Media and Photography: Blu-view concepts organizers of miss magnificent international may use photographs, videos, and likenesses of contestants for promotional purposes. Contestants and their guardians must consent.
• Cancellation and Refunds: The pageant organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason. In such cases, entry fees may be refunded at the discretion of the organizers.
• Liability: Blu-view concepts organizers of miss magnificent international are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the event.
• Disqualification: Contestants may be disqualified for any violation of the terms and conditions or for any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers.
• Amendments: The pageant organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to contestants.
